If you are not satisfied with ImoBI Pro within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us by email
Send an email to billing@wpimobipro.com with the subject "Refund Request".
Provide your information
Include your account email, order number and reason (optional).
Receive your refund
Refunds are processed within up to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Conditions
- Valid only for the first purchase and within the first 7 days
- Renewal payments and recurring subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds once processed
- Refund requests are reviewed individually to prevent abuse of the refund policy
- After a refund is issued, the license and access to updates/support are automatically deactivated
Cancellation Without Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time, even after the 7-day guarantee period.
In this case, no refund will be issued. Your license will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no future charges will occur after cancellation.
