🛒 Purchase & License
How does the subscription model work?
ImoBI Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Your subscription includes full access to the plugin, updates and support during the active period. Cancel anytime — no hidden fees.
Do you offer a refund guarantee?
Yes! We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 7 days, we will refund 100% of your payment — no questions asked. Just email contato@wpimobipro.com.
How many websites can I use it on?
The default plan includes 1 website license. For multiple websites, contact us about multisite licensing options.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your access remains active until the end of the paid billing period. After expiration, the agent and manager dashboards become unavailable, but property listings remain visible on your website.
How do I receive my license key?
After payment approval, your license key is automatically generated and becomes available in My Account → My License. You also receive it by email.
⚙️ Installation & Usage
Does ImoBI Pro work with any WordPress theme?
Yes! The plugin is theme-independent. It works with Hello Elementor, Astra, Kadence, GeneratePress and any other WordPress theme. It does not change your design — it simply adds real estate functionality.
Do I need coding knowledge to use it?
No! ImoBI Pro was designed for non-technical users. Everything is configured directly from the WordPress dashboard.
Does it work with Elementor?
Yes! The shortcodes work inside Elementor HTML blocks. Plugin pages such as property pages and agent dashboards include their own responsive layouts.
What are the technical requirements?
WordPress 5.8+, PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+. We recommend PHP 8.1+ for the best performance.

How many properties can I register?
Unlimited! There are no limits for properties, agents, leads or appointments inside ImoBI Pro.
Does the ZAP and VivaReal feed work automatically?
Yes. You simply register your feed URL inside the portal and properties sync automatically. Supports ZAP Imóveis, VivaReal and OLX through VRSync format.
Does the map require Google Maps?
No! By default we use Leaflet + OpenStreetMap, which is completely free and requires no API key. If you prefer Google Maps, simply add your API key in the settings.
How do 360° virtual tours work?
Upload equirectangular images (captured with a 360° camera or app) inside the property editor. The plugin automatically creates an immersive virtual tour using Pannellum with fullscreen support, multiple rooms and hotspots.
Is the mortgage calculator configurable?
Yes. You can configure financing rates directly in the plugin settings. The calculator supports both Price and SAC amortization systems.

Which languages are available?
10 languages included: Português (Brasil), English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Русский, العربية, 日本語 and 中文. No WPML or Polylang required.
Can I use it for properties outside Brazil?
Yes! ImoBI Pro works worldwide. You can configure professional license labels (CRECI, AMI, Realtor License), currencies and language according to your local market.
